New Zealand Shipping

• $8 flat rate shipping nationwide

• Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 working days after dispatch

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

• For rural addresses, allow up to 6 working days

Australia Shipping

• $15 tracked shipping is available

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using DHL Express International.

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size

• Most international orders arrive within 12 working days

• All orders come with detailed tracking

Important notes for international customers:

• We cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

• A minimum spend of $500 AUD is required for free shipping to Israel due to location-specific charges

• You are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees

• Teleport will declare the full value of your order and include an invoice for customs if required

Before ordering, we recommend checking your local customs regulations. If taxes or duties are refused and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund minus return shipping costs.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please let us know. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. Just get in touch with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Email to: hello@teleportgoods.com

From day one, sustainability has been a non-negotiable part of Teleport. Every component is thoughtfully chosen with environmental impact and ethical sourcing in mind. While we know there is always room to improve, we remain committed to prioritising earth-friendly solutions wherever possible.

[ WATERCOLOUR ]

Watercolour is one of the most sustainable painting mediums. It uses less pigment than other materials, doesn’t require harmful solvents, and leaves a smaller environmental footprint. Our pigments are non-toxic and high quality, giving you lasting performance without compromising the planet.

[ THE PALETTE ]

Our palettes are made from FSC-certified beech wood. Durable, lightweight and crafted to last through years of creative use. Brushes feature cruelty-free synthetic bristles, birch wood handles and brass ferrules. Both birch and beech are fast-growing, renewable materials, often harvested in ways that support natural forest regeneration.

[ PACKAGING ]

All pouches and carry bags are made from natural linen and cotton fibres. Boxes are fully recyclable and intentionally designed to be reused for storage or gifting. Where possible, printed materials are made using recycled or FSC-certified paper.

[ PAPER ]

We use FSC-certified paper, made from responsibly sourced wood fibres and produced using sustainable methods. As one of the most recycled materials globally, paper supports our mission to create art that not only inspires but endures. We hope your finished pieces find a place on your wall or in the hands of someone you love.
